Nightly Rental Sun. - Thurs. $175 Fri., Sat., Holidays $225 2 night minimum stay required 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends	Nightly Summer Rental Sun. - Thurs. $100 Fri., Sat., Holidays $150 3 night minimum stay required	Long Term Rental Weekly Rate (7 nights) $1000 Monthly Rate $2,400 Weekly - Summer $750 Monthly - Summer $1,500

Deposit and Payment
Deposit $400 deposit required for reservation. This includes $200 prepayment plus $200 refundable damage deposit. Damage Deposit will be returned in case of cancellation, or after your stay	Payment Payment can be made by credit card or check via Paypal - verified and secure Remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival date	Other Charges Prepayment required for bookings made less than 30 days in advance 7% County tax not included in above pricing

Travel Documents, directions and arrival instructions will be emailed to you after your reservation is confirmed. Feel free to call with questions.
